An official statement has been made by VShojo, and clarifies quite alot more stuff compared to the video and initial statements. Damn, Nux basically got disavowed by Vshojo and cleared up his disinformation in many bullet points. Indirect, but he’s basically implied throughout the entire “clearing misconceptions” part.

VShojo probably didn’t want to alienate Nux, so they handled him carefully. But then their members got very upset. That forced their hand to make strongly negative statements about Nux. The doxxer(s) victimized Nux, VShojo, VShojo members and the independent VTuber community. It really sucks that the victims ended up fighting amongst themselves.
